Digital service only
ThaliDekho sells digital listing access to approved mess, canteen, and tiffin providers. No physical product is shipped and no delivery charge applies.
Approval before payment
A provider completes onboarding and listing verification before payment is enabled. A pending or rejected listing cannot purchase a plan or go live.
Activation timeline
After successful payment verification, the selected listing period is normally activated immediately. In case of payment-provider, network, or verification delay, activation may take up to 24 hours.
How access is delivered
Activation appears in the provider dashboard and makes an eligible listing discoverable to students. The 30-day pass runs for 30 calendar days and the 6-month pass runs for 180 calendar days from activation. Plans do not renew automatically.
Activation problems
If payment is debited but the plan is not activated within 24 hours, email support@thalidekho.in from the registered address with the Razorpay payment ID. Also review our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
